Day 3.173: All camped out
I picked the kids up from camp for the last time today. Our week of frenzied work to get the house sorted out has come to an end and a real-estate agent will be here tomorrow to discuss getting it on the market. In the absence of some 11th hour surprise, we will be ending The Exile in August. For now, however our attention is on short-term goals.
As you can see - for one of our campers - very short-term goals.
Here are the tangible results of their week - E5N1's desert scene, Exile #3's solar-powered crab and Exile #4's solar-powered insect (possibly a cricket):
wow, we will miss you guys!!! we are sad your leaving.
ReplyDeleteYet on the other hand, if you do end up somewhere back in blighty, you will be considerably closer to others again! Shame though, a fledging plan to make a northerly detour enroute during a family trip to Florida is unlikely to make it to fruition - we'll just have to skip the Florida part! Seriously, once again I am in awe of the (apparent) calmness in the face of uncertainty! N
ReplyDeleteAmen to that!
