Day 5.179: Roadtrip birthday

It was Exile #2's birthday today. She was disturbed by one of the kids in the early hours and spent most of the daytime hours sitting in the back of the car as we drove home from Maine. Perhaps not the perfect way to spend her birthday!

We did manage to find time for her to open a couple of presents before breakfast and the rest before dinner and I opened a bottle of champagne to go with the latter.


And, as you have gathered we're home safely from our trip - expect more photos once I've had chance to go through them.
