The greenhouses at the botanical gardens in Montreal are rather stunning.
We also visited the Insectarium. We were all getting a little tired by then and didn't fully appreciate it, but here is a taste:
and a quiz: how many stick insects (walking sticks to the US readers) do you see in the top picture? Take a close look. I won't ask how many beetles you see in the bottom left!
