Day 4.129: Sun, scooters and ice cream

Sure enough today has not been a dry day, but it has been warm and at times sunny and rain free for long periods.

I arrived home to find no-one here. Exile #2 and E5N1 had walked the girls (on their scooters) up to the local Stewarts for after-dinner ice cream.

I managed to get out to the end of the street in time to see them coming back.

A definite improvement on the last few days of wall-to-wall rain.
