Day 5.266: The Hello Kitty Ninja

I feel like I'm coming down with a cold. Could be better timing with my marathon coming up on Sunday, but it could be worse - at least I can hope to be over it by then.

Anyway, here are the first non-mystery pictures of our rather lovely (if a little soggy) autumnal walk at Five Rivers.

E5N1 says he is a 'trainee ninja" when he does his coat up so it hides his mouth.  He didn't seem to see any irony in being a ninja in Hello Kitty rain boots. Incidentally, it was his choice to wear them (they were Exile #4's last year but she's now out-grown them) and he even chose to point them out to the guy taking the orders when we dashed out to Five Guys on Sunday evening for some late last-minute dinner.
