I took Exile #4 to her skating lesson today. At registration time her instructor, commenting on the poor turn-out, singled her out to say she'd seen her every Sunday since September. She has indeed done a full season of skating lessons (next week is the last one) and has continued to make great progress following her summer of roller-blading.
I had fun watching her practice her spins and cross-overs during practice time - she really has an affinity for the ice and it has been some compensation for the relative lack of her other winter-time love - getting outside after a big fall of snow.
