Day 6.268: Treasure: rockets

Exile #2 and I spent most of the day clearing out the garage. It's been quite a mess the whole time we've lived here due to the vent for the drier being inside. It meant that the walls were decorated with lint from the vent caught in cobwebs. A little while ago we sorted the venting issue - today we cleaned out the mess it had left behind.

In the process we got rid of some things and rehoused others. When we were basically done, E5N1 and Exile #4 found the stomp rocket launcher (without the stand) and were lamenting not having any rockets when I remembered that during a clean out of the basement I'd found an unopened packet of three. Riches indeed!

For quite a while they worked together - switching between being the stand and the launcher:

You can see that after some successful two-foot jumps, E5N1 took to launching the rockets by running and then sitting on the launcher part - it was surprisingly successful.
