Day 3.272: ZOO5

We visited a zoo today to celebrate Exile #2's mother's birthday (and Columbus Day weekend).

Here are some of the things we saw.


So a quiz in three parts.

  • One of these picture was taken from inside an enclosure - can you guess which?
  • One of these pictures was not in an enclosure at all - can you guess which?
  • And finally, where in the world are we (for title watchers!)

    Our family made the short drive to Thatcher today and both (!) waterfalls were awesome, particularly "Minelot Falls", the main one. The mighty sound could be heard a short walk from the overlook lot. Highly recommended!

    Thanks locals. We were indeed in Binghampton - home of the 5th oldest zoo in the USA.
