Day 6.029: A little snow

I'd planned a day off work today to work on a project that Exile #2 and I have going on at the moment. In the end, the kids came home from work at lunch time due to the snow storm that was rolling in.

For most of the last 24 hours the predictions have been varying between 10 and 16 inches of snow, but - as is so often the way - now it is here they are suggesting that we will end up with less than that.  Still, to be on the safe-side, I went out to shovel the first three or four inches so that we won't have too much to shift in the morning.

Looks like it will be pretty in the morning at least.
