Various things are slipping through the cracks of life at the moment: writing interesting blog posts, keeping up with friends, updating the Exiles in New York Facebook feed, and - most shockingly of all - it's a whole week since my last run.
It's all in a good cause though - I hope - and I think taking a week or two off running in the middle of winter is not the worst thing ever.
