Day 1.080: Strange grew

There were some fantastic icicles on our walk yesterday - what's surprising is that most of them were far from vertical. Except that it's not particularly unusual - I've seen it several times this winter. This one in particular was at a fantastic angle.


Whereas this one was almost exactly vertical.


I'll give you a day or so to work out what's going on and while you're at it you can ponder pop pun #52 for title watchers (there have been quite a few recently) - I clothe them and feed them and I smile as they're taking me over.

    i'd have a guess but i don't want to snow (show) off. i'll have to weight and see if i'm right. it'll be a let down if i'm not.

    Oh, decisions, decisions...

    Either a small Welsh woman who can't sleep, or a mega guitar god rambling about witches and demons. Me thinks the former?

    dave: there may not be much growing here yet - but it's definitely Spring :-)

    A: spot on as usual - both these songs are in my collection and both feature glue and demons - but only the incorrect answer is an apparent reference to Santa's Butt.
