The ice has retreated far enough and the driveway surface (I'd call it tarmac, but they call it blacktop here) has warmed up enough for chalk-art to back in favour. Here is Exile #3 with her picture of someone in bed - apparently 'sick' with something causing red spots on her face.She did the drawing on Sunday, but it's appropriate today as both the girls came home early from school and Exile #4 has just confirmed that she will not be fit to school tomorrow. Enough said.
