Day 5.120: Not a turkey-shoot!

On a few occasions during the last five years and one hundred and twenty days, we have had to think twice about hiking somewhere in case we get caught up in some hunting activities. State parks are usually safe enough though due to hunting bans but not so the park we walked in on Saturday.

Here are three signs we saw - in the order we saw them:

It turns out that it is turkey season but, happily no-one armed with a firearm or a bow (or any other deadly weapon) mistook us for one of them.
