Day 1.296: Rake rake rake
Both yesterday and today had their fair share of rake-action. The slideshow above documents my progress in the backyard yesterday and the video-clip below is a warning to anyone who fails to get their leaf pile to the designated collection point in time.
Several neighbours told us that last Fall was strange - unimpressive colours and a long drawn-out leaf-fall. We didn't really know how to take it as it all seemed rather spectacular to us. Having seen another one, I think I know what they meant - this year it was all sudden vibrant colours on the trees then sudden carpet of leaves on the ground. A few trees are holding out, but most have given in.
