Day 1.299: A life's work

This morning Exile #4 added to this group of treasures. She thinks they are safe from E5N1 up on this high 'shelf' but I suspect that he could get to them if he wanted to enough. He can be a bit mindlessly destructive at times - although not all the time by any means.

While we were watching the beginning of the election coverage yesterday morning, we saw a TV advert that I simply had to transcribe. Here are some choice phrases:

Passion and imagination become a foundation and the future is not a question mark, it's a possibility.
We're your belief backer. A life's work doesn't have to take a lifetime.

The rest of it didn't contain any more sense but somehow the whole gave an impression of non-specific confidence. A marketing triumph - something that doesn't taste of anything but has a vaguely pleasant after-taste...

At Exiles in New York we're your battery of truth. Your concerns are our essential conduit. Evidence is no longer a place, it's a gravitational attraction.
