Day 3.052: Harry Potter: The Exhibition - Pictures!

You may recall that when we went to the Boston Science Museum, we were unable to take any pictures inside the Harry Potter exhibition. Well, all that has now changed - back on our snow-day, Exile #3 (mainly) recreated the science museum in Playmobil and I can now give you a visual tour.

Here is the overview of the museum - the Harry Potter exhibit is bottom- left, the theater bottom-right and at the top-right the all important bathroom.

Here's a close-up of the Harry Potter exhibit:

You can see Professors Dumbledore and McGonagall, the Whomping Willow, Cho's and Hermione's ball gowns, the Mirror of Erised, various items from the feasts, Cruickshanks and a portrait of Gilderoy Lockhart painting his own portrait.  It was quite an undertaking.

And next door to the museum...?  The hotel of course!

It wasn't quite that crowded when we were there.

  1. i'm in two mind about those new fangled open plan hotels. in some ways it's nice to have a bit of privacy, but on the other, you get to make friends with so many strangers.

i see the guys in the top right room have had such a good time they've all gone to sleep in their clothes. still, probably best to preserve their modesty when sharing so many to one room.

  2. It's not pretty when they take off their clothes believe me!

  3. Removing their clothes isn't toooo bad: but any hints on how to replace disembodied arms?! Our police motorbike riders don't catch robbers so effectively without them! N

  4. Wow - E5N1 hasn't managed to pull any arms out yet - and the girls are...well...girls. This might help though?
