My running is still going OK. I have a few minor leg issues but, thanks to neoprene and Velcro, I am still in one piece.
I ran 7.5 miles on Saturday and ran my race-pace 10K (6.2 miles) this morning. The race I've been training for is the Great Pumpkin Challenge in Saratoga Spa State Park on Saturday morning. As long as I stay healthy, I will be there!
