Day 6.196: Engineering work in progress

It was a beautiful evening - warm, but not hot and with low humidity. We went out to Five Rivers after dinner for a brief walk.

The beavers are at it again - upgrading their man-made lake with some engineering work of their own to increase the water level.

I suspect that either the weather or their landlords will remove their new dam sooner or later, but for now, we get to admire their industry!
