We had a great day with local friends. It included visits from two couples who were expecting their first babies last time we saw them and now have not-exactly-newborn-anymore ten month old girls and another friend who missed our organised gatherings last time, but we saw - literally in passing - as we drove past her cycling into town. It was great to catch up with them all again. Hopefully we will see a few more before we return home.The kids all had a nice time - playing inside and out and putting on dressing up clothes and shows for us. This was a kind of curtain-call in some of the former for one of the latter - as you can probably tell, the girls were rather more committed than the boys.
