Day 113: Back to realty

We have had a very busy day today, it started with a bad night (I was feeling quite ill and all the children woke Exile #2 and me at some point). The main part of the day was then taken up by starting our house-hunt, I had the day off work and after Exile #3 was at school and I had had her report from her teacher, we visited five houses. E5N1 slept through the whole thing and Exile #4 was really patient - she came into some houses and waited in the car at others. We're just trying to remember what the market is like and what we do and don't like about houses/plots/locations around here.

After coming home to feed E5N1, re-dose on paracetamol (acetaminophen) and crash for a while, we went to pick Exile #3 up from school. From there we went to this park by the Hudson River where Exile #3 and Exile #4 had a good run around and we watched a variety of boats. The river has undergone a startling transformation since the last time I photographed it.

After tea it was back to school for their open-evening where there are displays of all their work. It was great, but by then we were all flagging (especially Exile #4 and me) so we staggered home to collapse.

Pop pun #15. However do you want me?

  1. Maybe getting back to realty is 'in fashion' in France?

  2. Or maybe it's just about getting "back to life..." on the soul (2 soul) train?

  3. I think in France it would be "Revenez aux immobiliers"
