Well, what with crossing the International Date Line twice in a week, reading The Time Traveler's Wife and The Road (Audrey Niffenegger and Cormac McCarthy respectively). I'm also watching Lost, which is not exactly a linear narrative. It is not surprising really.
I think I need some stability in my life. Or maybe just some sleep. I suspect I look very tired. I'll check in the mirror. Maybe you should do the same.
ah didn't realise you were into Lost as well... altho eps 6 this week was a little weak... eps 5 of season 4 so far the best I recon - back to original season 1 style of making the audience go "WHAT?" "WHAAAT??" every scene.
ReplyDeleteYeah - I'd agree, I watched ep6 last night having only caught up with ep5 yesterday - that was the real mind-bender I had in mind writing this.
ReplyDeleteOh I should have said that for US readers it should probably be: batnai70zib
Some of us are only part way through series 3 and already know one narrative line that already detracts from my enjoyment so please be very careful!
ReplyDeleteVery cool photo, there is a UK Sony Cameras ad that is very similar.
Point taken. Sorry for sailing close to the line eamesrider, was it the 'non-linear' or the 'mind bender' that two and half series hasn't already given away? ;-)
ReplyDeleteSorry for mixing my metaphors too.
ReplyDeleteI just make a point of marking *spoilers* on posts, and put a click cut link in on the post so that it's a conscious effort to read the posting... saves those behind on plot lines ;)
