Day 2.331: Little builders
Another short slideshow of pictures from Sunday.
While Exile #2 and I were hanging the icicle lights, Exile #4 and E5N1 busied themselves filling a cardboard box with the bottom unfolded up with snow. The result was a rather impressively cuboid snow castle. They went on to decorate it extensively - E5N1 taking his little-big-sister's lead and carefully placing leaves in the top of it. Of course, he was keen to demolish it too - but resisted the temptation.
After Exile #4 went inside to join Exile #3, who had been the first to tire of the snow after neither of the others were willing to go on her sled-rides around the yard, E5N1 and I went into the back yard and made a snowman. Our creation looked pretty good, but only lasted a couple of hours before falling over sideways. The snow hasn't gone anywhere however - but for now it looks as though the snow will turn to rain on Wednesday and will maybe clear the ground again for a while.
